Lone Star State Solutions – Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lone Star State Solutions. Because our services involve custom strategy, ongoing digital marketing work, and immediate value delivery (AI Search optimization, campaign setup, content creation, etc.), we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

All payments for services, packages, setup fees, and monthly retainers are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.

2. One-Time Packages & Setup Fees

  • No refunds after the project has started or materials have been delivered.

  • If you cancel before any work begins (within 3 business days of payment), we may issue a refund minus a 10% administrative fee, at our sole discretion.

3. Monthly Retainer / Recurring Services

  • You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 30 days written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or for services already delivered.

  • Upon cancellation, we will complete any work in progress for the final month.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in situations such as:

  • Documented technical failure on our part that prevents delivery of agreed services.

  • Material breach of contract by Lone Star State Solutions.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

5. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or dispute initiated through your payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of services and may lead to legal action for recovery of costs.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to contact@lonestarstatesolutions.com with:

  • Your business name and contact information

  • Invoice number or order details

  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 1-2 business days.
